At Hari AS, we work to address psycho-social and social-health issues in society and empower individuals to take control of their lives with confidence, dignity, and stability. We believe that with the right support, guidance, and understanding, every person can build a healthy, peaceful, and meaningful life. <\/span><\/p>

Our Founder \u2013 Deepa Burman <\/span><\/p>

Hari AS was founded by Deepa Burman, a highly qualified and experienced social worker with 18 years of professional experience across India and Norway. <\/span><\/p>

Her qualifications include: <\/span><\/p>

NOKUT-approved Master of Philosophy (Social Work), Master of Social Work <\/span><\/p>

Certified Child and Youth Worker (Fagbrev) <\/span><\/p>

Certified Yoga Instructor <\/span><\/p>

Interpreter (Norwigian-Bengali Norwigian-Hindi) <\/span><\/p>

She has worked extensively with vulnerable populations, including: <\/p>

Youth, adolescent and families. Migrant, slum dwellers and immigrant communities. Individuals facing complex health and social challenges, LGBT, Prostitutes, Trance Gender, ran-away children, out of school children, drug addicts, psychiatric patients, tuberculosis patients<\/span>, differently abled people <\/span> etc. <\/span><\/p>
